Thanks to everyone who stopped by to visit our new booth at Agenda! We launched several new products this season, from boards to wheels to t-shirts, in addition to showcasing our latest video by Guigo Foggiatto, featuring team rider Kent Nishiya in THE DITCH.
First, we released a pro model in collaboration with Tyler Hatzikian based on his traditional-progressive noserider called the Riddler. A 35.5″ mid-sized cruiser, it features our latest black powder-coated trucks on a slightly longer wheelbase.
Next, we launched our first ever surfboard/skateboard set called the Proteus, which pairs our newest skateboard model with a similar eco-construction surfboard design, providing a seamless transition from land to sea with a familiar look and feel. Work on those cutbacks in the driveway, and then put them to the test in the water.
Constantly striving to push surfskate innovation forward, Carver has developed the ultimate surfskate wheel, called the Concave. This proprietary wheel utilizes a concave profile that has the most grip of any wheel we’ve ever ridden, letting you stick the deepest carves with total confidence.
On the progressive side of surfskate wheel innovation, we also launched our first-ever skatepark wheel. This new concept combines the faster roll of a smaller, harder wheel with the thinner-lipped profile of a grippy wheel, making the perfect combination for surfing skateparks with speed and flow.
Taking a cue from surfboard deck pads, we introduced the Deck Pad grip tape series, which feature extra coarse grip tape tail pads, so you can push on your board even harder, the same way the surfboard deck pad under your back foot lets you push on the tail for faster pumps and bigger blow-tails.
And finally, we introduced a new line of tees so you can look even more stylish while you roll through life on your favorite surfskate.
